Lewis Brunt reveals what he can bring to Wrexham

Wrexham preparations for the 2024/25 season are well underway, with pre-season training in full flow, and new players are starting to arrive in North Wales.

The club started strong in the summer window with former Arsenal goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo returning to the club after his impressive loan deal last season.

Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson made the permanent signing of Okonkwo one of his main priorities heading into the summer.

Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have continued the summer spending after they snapped up Leicester City defender Lewis Brunt.

The Red Dragons beat Mansfield Town to his signature after Brunt impressed on loan at Mansfield last campaign.

After the recent departures of Aaron Hayden and Ben Tozer, new defensive reinforcements became a priority position for Parkinson’s side. The latest arrival will have to compete with the likes of Eoghan O’Connell, Will Boyle, Tom O’Connor, and Max Cleworth for a starting position.
