KSP: 1 dead, 3 hospitalized after crash in Washington County

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Kentucky State Police are investigating after a three car crash in Washington County Sunday afternoon.

KSP said a car was traveling east on US 150 when it crossed the centerline, sideswiped a car, continued further into the westbound lane, and hit another car head-on.

The driver of the car hit head-on, 31-year-old Logan Dailey of Louisville, died before he could be taken to the hospital. A passenger from his car was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the car that crossed the centerline and a juvenile passenger were taken to the hospital as well and are expected to survive.

KSP continues to investigate.
