Good News: Feyenoord just confirm another supperstar signing.

Feyenoord have officially announced the signing of Hugo Bueno on loan from Premier League side Wolves. The Spanish full-back will spend the entire 2024/25 campaign in Rotterdam before heading back to England next summer. The deal is a standard loan with no buy option.

Hugo Bueno featured 21 times in the Premier League last season, predominantly playing as a left-wing back. The 21-year-old has spent his entire career so far rising through the ranks in Wolves’ academy before officially making his first team debut during the 2022/23 campaign. Under Gary O’Neil, Bueno has received his fair share of game time, but the majority of his appearances have come off the bench.

At Feyenoord, the Vigo-born defender should receive more starts as the Rotterdam-club aim to lift the Eredivisie title once again and put on a show in the Champions League. ‘As soon as the opportunity arose to play for Feyenoord this season, I knew I had to grab it,’ Bueno said on his arrival. ‘This is a huge club, with fantastic supporters, where it revolves around winning every game. I like that. I can’t wait to play my first game for Feyenoord and be important to the team.’
