Who is your Coventry City Player of the Season for 2023/24?

Liam Kelly will lead Coventry City out for one last time today as the club wrap up their 2023/24 Championship campaign against Queens Park Rangers.

The Sky Blues skipper has been picked by Mark Robins for the match which comes as his 180th appearance on a day when the manager has made three changes.

Brad Collins continues in goal but there’s a change in the back four with Joel Latibeaudiere sitting out injured and replaced by fit-again Luis Binks at left sided centre-half, alongside Bobby Thomas. Milan van Ewijk continues at right-back while Jake Bidwell comes in to replace Jay Dasilva at left-back in what is expected to be a 4-2-3-1 formation.

City: Brad Collins; Milan van Ewijk, Bobby Thomas, Luis Binks, Jake Bidwell; Ben Sheaf, Liam Kelly; Josh Eccles, Callum O’Hare, Haji Wright; Ellis Simms.

Subs: Ben Wilson (GK), Jay Dasilva, Jamie Allen, Matty Godden, Victor Torp, Kasey Palmer, Dermi Lusala, Kai Andrews, Aidan Dausch.

Ben Sheaf continues in midfield alongside Kelly in the holding roles while Callum O’Hare is also handed what is expected to be his final start in a City shirt, coming in for Kasey Palmer in the number ten position.

That leaves Josh Eccles to be once again deployed in the wide right role with Haji Wright on the left of the forward three and Ellis Simms leading the line, with both leading scorers on 19 goals each and looking to take their tallies to 20 for the season in all competitions.
