Regarding the loud music in suns, Kerr-complians: Arena is similar to a South Beach Club in that regard.

While discussing the need of communication in basketball, Steve Kerr brought up a point that his team found difficult to make: the loud music at the Footprint Center.Following the Golden State Warriors’ defeat over the Phoenix Suns, Kerr bemoaned in an interview how the team’s inability to communicate was hampered by the arena music.

The criticisms would undoubtedly be less harsh if Golden State were able to secure a victory. Ultimately, the Suns overcame the opposition at the free-throw line, winning 123-115. To the Warriors’ 29 free throws, Phoenix made 52. That appeared to be the game’s largest change.

The Warriors also had to deal with Chris Paul’s expulsion during the second quarter. Paul received two technical fouls for arguing with referee Scott Foster. Despite the fact that many believed Paul was strangely disputing an evident foul on his side, the point guard thought Foster’s call was “personal.”

Eight of the Warriors’ past ten games have now been in losses. It’s interesting to note that they have a worse record at home, having only won two of their eight games played at the Chase Center. The club lost a strong playmaker and top defender in Draymond Green, thus his suspension is painful.

In a loaded Western Conference, Golden State is currently ranked eleventh. It will get harder to bounce back from each setback because the teams in ninth through tenth place are all getting better.
