Nikola Jokic’s Pass Is The Talk Of NBA In Nuggets-Celtics Game Why?

On Friday evening, the Denver Nuggets faced off against the Boston Celtics in Massachusetts.  The Nuggets won the game by a score of 102-100, which gave the Celtics their first loss of the season (at home).

Nikola Jokic was sensational and put up 34 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists while shooting 14/22 from the field and 2/4 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.

With the victory, the Nuggets improved to 29-14 in their first 43 games, which has them as the third seed in the Western Conference.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and 12-10 in the 22 games they have played on the road away from Denver, Colorado.

Following the Celtics, the Nuggets will visit Kyle Kuzma and the Washington Wizards on Sunday.

Jokic is averaging 25.7 points, 11.9 rebounds, 9.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 58.3% from the field and 35.0% from the three-point range in 42 games.

As for the Celtics, they dropped to 32-10 in their first 42 games, which still has them as the first seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games, and their three-game winning streak has come to an end.

At home, the Celtics are now 20-1 in 21 games in Boston, and they will play their next game on Sunday evening when they visit Jalen Green and the Houston Rockets in Texas.
