Leeds United Looking Towards Loan Additions

Leeds United are looking into the loan market to make additions in the January transfer window, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

The Whites have stumbled in recent weeks, barring a comfortable win over Ipswich Town, and there have been calls for the squad to be strengthened.

Left-back continues to be an issue for Leeds, while they are also struggling to break down teams that defend deep.

However, it appears that permanent deals are not something that Leeds are looking at now, with the loan market being what the Yorkshire giants are focusing on.

The club could try to land a loan from a Premier League side.

Leeds currently have three players on loan, all from Premier League outfits.

Winger Jaidon Anthony is on loan from Bournemouth, while defenders Djed Spence and Joe Rodon are on temporary spells from Tottenham Hotspur

Leeds currently sit in fourth place in the Championship table and have lost six of their 25 games; last season’s Championship winners, Burnley, lost just three league matches.
