The starting lineups for tonight’s matchup between your 17-18 Los Angeles Lakers and the 11-23 Memphis Grizzlies have been unveiled.
For the second straight game, Los Angeles has announced on its Twitter/X account that it will start point guard Austin Reaves, shooting guard Taurean Prince, Cam Reddish, power forward LeBron James, and center Anthony Davis. Keep in mind, forward Rui Hachimura remains out with that lingering left calf strain, although as Dave McMenamin of ESPN writes, the 6’8″ Gonzaga product did put up some spot shots during today’s team practice pregame. The Grizzlies, meanwhile, have revealed via their official Twitter/X account that they will be starting mercurial All-Star point guard Ja Morant, shooting guard Demond Bane, small forward Marcus Smart, power forward Jaren Jackson Jr., and center Bismack Biyombo. So, you know, look for about 30 and 15 from Davis.
With Jack Nicholson in tow, Los Angeles handily won the two teams’ first encounter this season, a 134-107 blowout in November.
