The Athletic’s David Ornstein has revealed that Brentford have agreed a deal with leeds to sign midfielder Archie Gray this week.

Gray, 18, is due to head down to London for a medical with Thomas Frank’s side imminently ahead of a big-money transfer.

Ornstein reveals that £35million is looking to be the cost of the midfielder after one season of senior football at Elland Road:

A host of top flight clubs were in the running for the teenager, but the Bees have won the race off the back of a 16th-placed finish in the Premier League last season.
