Paige Bueckers Makes Candid Announcement About Main Life Goal

UConn star guard Paige Bueckers is primed for an excellent final season as a Husky before entering the WNBA.

 

Bueckers has been everywhere this summer. In recent weeks, she has visited former teammate Nika Muhl in Seattle, went to Phoenix, and was even at the ESPYs in Los Angeles last night.

And this morning, an X post from @Sportico showed Bueckers speaking about what her major goals are as she continues through life.

When asked what Bueckers is most looking to do as she continues her career, she said, “Just continue to give back. That’s my main value.” “I was very blessed and fortunate, I never had to worry about food on my plate, a roof over my head,” Bueckers continued.

So to be able to give back with what I’ve been given is the main goal and opportunity that I want to share with others.

“And continue to do my part in helping this world to become a better place and use my platform for good,” Bueckers added. “All while continuing to be a great teammate, a great leader. And balancing both basketball and everything else.”
