EVERTON TEAM NEWS FOR ARSENAL FINALE
Sean Dyche says he is “hopeful” of having André Gomes available for Everton’s trip to Arsenal on Sunday -– but Jack Harrison has been ruled out of the Blues’ season finale.
The Toffees head to Emirates Stadium on Sunday (4pm BST), knowing Mikel Arteta’s side will be approaching the contest at full throttle in the hope of pipping Manchester City to the Premier League title on the final day of the 2023/24 campaign.
Speaking in Friday’s pre-match press conference, manager Dyche says Gomes, who sustained a facial injury in the closing stages of the 1-0 home win over Sheffield United last time out, faces a late check before determining his availability.
On-loan Harrison, however, will miss out after picking up a hamstring injury last week.
Vitalii Mykolenko (ankle), Nathan Patterson (hamstring) and Dele (groin) remain sidelined for Everton.
