Celtic have been credited with ‘keeping tabs’ on Will Dennis of Kilmarnocnnisk.
The keeper is on loan from Bournemouth to Derek McInnes’ side with his contract expiring at the end of the season.
With a couple of other low key loans to his name it looks unlikely that Dennis will be extending his Bournemouth deal where he has still to make his first team debut.
Rangers and Celtic are both keeping close tabs on on-loan Kilmarnock keeper Will Dennis.
The scouting teams of both clubs have the impressive 23-year-old on their radar. Dennis is currently on-loan from Bournemouth but he is out-of-contract at the end of the season. It means he could move cross-border on a free come the summer. Both Glasgow giants are aware of the situation but any move would be dependent on either side losing one of their squad goalkeepers.
Celtic’s goalkeeping position is bound to be the subject of speculation in the coming weeks with question marks over the three first team keepers currently at the club.
In the final season of his contract Joe Hart’s form has dropped alarmingly but there appears to be little internal threat to his position.
Scott Bain was signed from Dundee five years ago and seems very comfortable as back up having made two SPFL appearances since Hart arrived from Spurs.
Ben Siegrist was signed from Dundee United in the summer of 2022 and has made just two League Cup appearances since switching to Glasgow.
