With Brendan Rodgers looking to add quality to his Celtic squad in January, a report has claimed that the Hoops gaffer already has his eye on a player who could replace Joe Hart.
The Daily Record reports this morning that Bournemouth goalkeeper, Will Dennis, is on the Hoops radar as Brendan Rodgers looks for an upgrade in the goalkeeping department.
Dennis is currently on loan at Kilmarnock until the end of the season.
The report says, “Rangers and Celtic are both keeping close tabs on on-loan Kilmarnock keeper Will Dennis.
“The scouting teams of both clubs have the impressive 23-year-old on their radar. Dennis is currently on loan from Bournemouth but he is out of contract at the end of the season. It means he could move cross-border on a free come the summer.”
Dennis has played in every one of Kilmarnock’s domestic fixtures this season and was between the sticks in Killies’ two wins over Brendan Rodgers’ side this season in the Scottish Cup and the league. [Transfermarkt]
