An Overview of the Celtics’ Entire East Semifinal Schedule Against the Magic or Cavaliers

The Boston Celtics ended the Miami Heat’s summer break on Wednesday night at TD Garden with a 118-84 haymaker that eliminated their conference opponent from the playoffs.

 

Following their 4-1 series victory, Miami Heat’s and Jaylen Brown discussed the significance of defeating the club that had caused them the same misery in the previous year’s Eastern Conference Finals and had caused them more postseason headaches than any other.

The Boston Celtics know their full itinerary for their Semifinal series, regardless of opponent, while they wait for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic to decide who will advance and who will take a vacation with the Heat.

The Cavaliers will play Game 1 of their series against the C’s on Sunday at TD Garden if they defeat the Magic on Friday night at the Amway Center in Orlando. The game would begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Tuesday would be Game 2, and on Saturday, the series would go to Cleveland for Game 3.

Boston would host the winner on Tuesday night at 7:00 EST if the Magic force a Game 7 matchup. Thursday would be the day of Game 2, and Saturday would be the date of Game 3.
