As mentioned, Daniel Farke’s side are yet to face defeat this year. Only Chelsea have beaten them in the FA Cup. The Whites sit 2nd in the Championship table, just a point behind Ipswich Town.
The reverse fixture at Elland Road in mid-November last year saw both sides battle out an entertaining draw. Crysencio Summerville’s opener for the Whites was cancelled out by Bobby Thomas’ reply for the Sky Blues.
Here, we look at five players who could dictate Coventry City vs Leeds United tomorrow afternoon…
Dutch youngster Summerville has shaken off a subdued period and is back amongst the goals in Leeds United‘s Championship campaign. After scoring against both Watford and Hull City, he still leads the scoring charts for the Whites with 17 goals and eight assists.
Even when quiet, he demands attention from opposition defenders. His acceleration and close control often allow him to ghost past defences and get in behind them. He is also dangerous on the left flank when cutting infield and onto his preferred right foot.
