Sean Dyche sack verdict emerges at Everton after Premier League defeat v Arsenal

Bryan King is unsure whether Sean Dyche will still be in charge of Everton when the 2024/25 season gets underway.

The ex-Everton scout believes there will be a lot of changes at Goodison Park this summer.

Everton ended the season with a 2-1 defeat against Arsenal at the Emirates on Sunday (19 May).

And King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – is unsure whether or not Dyche will take charge of the Toffees again.

“Everton deserve praise after the season they have had,” King said.

“They have fought against a lot of uncertainty and finished in a credible position in the Premier League. “Well done to Dyche, his staff, and the players. However, I think there will be a lot of changes at Goodison Park this summer.  “Your guess is as good as mine whether or not Dyche will be there next season, I am not sure whether or not the board will want to keep him.”

Sean Dyche has done an incredible job at Goodison Park with Everton

If Dyche does leave Goodison Park this summer, he will leave with his head held high.

The Toffees ended up finishing 14 points above the drop zone despite multiple points deductions this season.

With all the uncertainty surrounding the club, there is no guarantee that Dyche will be in the dugout come August.

But if he is, supporters will surely have no complaints.
