Matt Le Tissier’s daughter-in-law Alex jokingly claimed she was the ‘black sheep of the family’, after fans had trolled the former Southampton midfielder online.
It came after Le Tissier, who is renowned as one of Southampton’s greatest-ever players posted a picture of himself at Wembley on Sunday alongside two members of his family.

The former Sky Sports presenter had posted an image with his family on his X (formerly Twitter) feed, captioning the picture: ‘Lovely to be able to bring the family to the play-off final today. Up the Saints’, before adding a heart emoji.
Several X users subsequently poked fun at the ex-football star sending him pictures of his daughter-in-law.
Alex had initially wrote on X (formerly Twitter): ‘It’s fun being the black infamous sheep of the family sometimes.’
