Reunion between Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson
As of now, Rush has no confirmed plans for a new album, but there is speculation about a possible reunion between Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, especially as 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of the band’s debut album.
Both have been focused on individual projects—Lifeson with his band Envy of None, and Lee with his memoir, My Effin’ Life. While they’ve expressed fond memories of performing together, including at the 2022 Taylor Hawkins tribute, there’s no concrete news of new music or an official Rush reunion
Fans can stay hopeful, as there have been hints that 2024 might bring something special for Rush’s anniversary.
