SHOCKING: Lamar Jackson left speechless after being told that he was named to First-Team All-Pro

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is continuing to receive recognition for his standout 2023 season.Jackson was named to the 2023 AP First-Team All-Pro on Friday. He received 45 out of 50 first-place votes.

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta recently surprised Jackson with the news that he made the First-Team All-Pro roster for the second time in his career.

“I got something to tell you,” DeCosta said. “You made AP First-Team All-Pro. Congrats, best quarterback in the league.”

Jackson, who was being interviewed by Ravens team media, was left in awe of the news.

“That’s crazy,” Jackson said. “I appreciate that.”

Jackson was on top of his game in regular season play, logging 4,499 total yards and 29 total touchdowns over 16 games played. He also led Baltimore to its first AFC North title in four seasons.

Jackson is well expected to go on and win the 2023 NFL MVP award. He last took home the honor back in the 2019 season.
