Well, Manchester City received just £350,000 from Celtic back in September 2019.
Now – according to the CIES Football Observatory – Frimpong is worth a whopping €80.6m (£69.5m) after rising to stardom with Bayer Leverkusen.
The Netherlands international impressed at Celtic, but ever since Xabi Alonso arrived at Bayer Leverkusen, the Amsterdam-born defender has reached new heights.
