Will You Support The Trend in Clubs? Jackson Lamar and Roquan Smith Emphasize the Ravens’ Pro Bowl finalists

The 2023 Pro Bowl rosters have been announced Wednesday and the Baltimore Ravens have a large contingent heading to Orlando. Quarterback Lamar Jackson, safety Kyle Hamilton, center Tyler Linderbaum, defensive tackle Justin Madubuike, kicker Justin Tucker, and linebackers Patrick Queen and Roquan Smith have all been voted as Pro Bowl starters on the AFC side.

The seven nominees are the most of any AFC team in the league this year. They trail only the San Francisco 49ers who are sending nine to the games in February.

Few could argue with the success that the Ravens had and the deserving accolades that have come for some of their top players. Jackson is the MVP front-runner after over 4,000 total yards of offense and 29 touchdowns. Linderbaum, the team’s first-round center from 2022 has an elite Pro Football Focus grade of 77.8.

On the defensive side, Madubuike, Queen, Smith, and Hamilton can all lay claim to being among the best at their position.

Hamilton, Queen, Madubuike, and Linderbaum have been voted in for the first time in their NFL careers. For Jackson, this is his third time, and Tucker is now going for a seventh time.

Of the players going, four were drafted after general manager Eric DeCosta was hired for the job back in 2019. Smith, the lone trade acquisition of the group is heading to his second.

As strong a showing as this is, with the best record in the NFL, and the top seed in the AFC wrapped up, the goals for the Ravens at this time have little to do with some meaningless games in Orlando.

Their real goals start in just a couple of weeks.
