“Carlos Santana Postpones Las Vegas Residency After Suffering…”

Carlos Santana has postponed the start of his 2025 Las Vegas residency following an accidental fall at his vacation home in Kauai, Hawaii, which resulted in a broken little finger on his left hand. The injury required the insertion of pins, and doctors have advised that he refrain from playing guitar for approximately six weeks to ensure full recovery.

The residency was scheduled to begin on January 22 at the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, with eight shows planned through February 2. Tickets for these performances will be honored at rescheduled dates, which will be announced later. Despite this setback, Santana is expected to resume his residency starting May 14, 2025, and has additional performances planned throughout the year, including shows in Phoenix and Nashville.

Michael Vrionis, president of Universal Tone Management, stated, “Carlos is doing well and is anxious to be back on stage soon. He just needs to heal.” Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets and await further updates regarding the rescheduled dates.
