Derby County midfielder Tyrese Fornah has joined Sky Bet League Two side Salford City.
Fornah, who is 24, has linked up with the Ammies on a loan deal which will run until the end of the 2024/25 campaign.
The Sierra Leone international joined the Rams from Nottingham Forest last summer and he made 23 appearances in all competitions as Paul Warne’s side gained promotion from the third tier.
He found appearances limited in the second half of last season, with his last league start coming in the 3-1 home win against Lincoln City in December 2023.
Fornah, who came off bench as a late substitute in last Friday’s Sky Bet Championship season opener at Blackburn Rovers, could make his Salford debut in their league fixture at Bradford City on Saturday.
