A Tottenham, Leeds United swap deal has been suggested with Archie Gray at the centre of discussion, potentially seeing Joe Rodon and Oliver Skipp heading the other way to Elland Road.
Leeds’ transfer market activity is going to hinge largely on what the club do in terms of sales in the next few weeks.
Archie Gray is bound to be subject to interest and potential approaches from top flight clubs, and Leeds have a fight on their hands to retain him.
One of the clubs in the Premier League that appear very keen on Leeds’ 18-year-old sensation are Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham.
Spurs aren’t the only club wanting to bring in the midfielder, though, with Borussia Dortmund clubbed together in the same update.
Gray is contracted to Leeds until the summer of 2028, and therefore not expected to be allowed to leave unless a huge fee is offered.
Of course, Leeds are meanwhile interested in signing a Tottenham player themselves in Joe Rodon, who enjoyed a superb loan at Elland Road in 23/24.
Not only that, but Oliver Skipp has more recently been suggested as a potential midfield target if Gray were to leave.
Therefore, it has been noted by Sky Sports journalist Dan Bardell that a swap deal involving Gray from Leeds, and then Rodon and Skipp at Tottenham.
