Flags and pre-match songs for FA Cup Semi-Final

The West End at Wembley Stadium will again be a sea of Sky Blue on Sunday, as Coventry City provide flags for supporters to wave at the FA Cup Semi-Final!

The Sky Blues travel to Wembley Stadium on Sunday 21st April to face Manchester United in the Emirates FA Cup Semi-Final.

City supporters are encouraged to help create an amazing spectacle and wave their flag as the teams come out on Sunday, with each handwaver flag showing the Club crest and match details. This is also a brilliant keepsake memento of the day too!

Also as the teams emerge, an incredible special Coventry City flag will be revealed and passed from bottom to top of the fans behind the goal on Level 1, adding to the spectacular scene which will be created ahead of kick-off.

“We’re delighted to have arranged these special flags for supporters for our Emirates FA Cup Semi-Final on Sunday.

“The flags will be on each of the seats in Level 1 and 5 at Wembley on Sunday and will create an amazing spectacle when our team emerges from the tunnel.

“At the same time, a superb crowdsurfer flag we have commissioned with a local artist will be passed behind the goal in Level 1.

“These aspects will add even further to a fantastic day, and show to the world the passion and pride that Coventry City fans and everyone associated with the Sky Blues have for our Club.”

Meanwhile, the Sky Blue Song will be played in the lead up to kick-off and ‘We’ll Live and Die In These Towns’, which has become a key pre-match moment following its introduction at the Coventry Building Society Arena at the end of last season. The Enemy’s song will be played around five minutes before kick-off and Sky Blues fans are encouraged to be in their seats at this time.

Our matchday announcer John Dalziel will also be at Wembley to read through the Sky Blues line up as the teams warm up ahead of kick-off too.
