Ben Atkinson will be the man in the middle for Newport’s trip to the Stadium MK (Saturday, February 24.)
The establised official is a regular at both league one and two level, however has recently featured at Championship, occupying the Fourth Official role.
His most recent involvement came during Leeds United’s 2-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle. The last time he was the designated match referee was during Leyton Orient’s 4-3 win over Northamption on February, 13 in a match that saw him distribute four cards.
His officiating team for this afternoon’s clash include Jake Topp (Assistant), Ryan Saward (Assistant) and it’s Andy Bennett who completes the team.
